The decision has been adopted unanimously in the first meeting of rectors of the Alliance of Russian and Spanish Universities held on Friday, March 6 at the University of Valencia. In April 2019, the Alliance of Russian and Spanish Universities was established in Moscow, composed of the Russian universities RANEPA (Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, Tomsk State University, National University of Science and Technology (mission) and the Academy Russian Foreign Trade and by the Spanish University Carlos III of Madrid, University of Oviedo, Rovira i Virgili University and the University of Valencia.
