The term artificial intelligence refers to a machine capable of reproducing the behavior of the human mind. The applications are almost endless and encompasses many disciplines: from psychology to computer science. In Spanish universities there are very interesting investigations that seek social transfer to improve people's lives. A very promising field that is making great strides is robotics. The advantages of artificial intelligence outweigh the dangers if used rationally. It is not about replacing people in any context, but about taking advantage of them to make our lives easier.
