The objective of the Entreiguals Program is to facilitate the incorporation of new students and to accompany the integration of incoming students. The mentors and the mentors, in coordination with the professor-tutor of their center, develop the actions planned to promote academic, personal and social integration of our students both in their center and in the University. In this first chapter, María José Hernández, coordinator of the Entreiguals program, points out the usefulness "for the mentors and mentors who are trained in a series of skills and knowledge of the University" and "for the Faculty and the management team, since through the mentors and mentors they can detect problems and be available to improve".
