The President of the Generalitat, Ximo Puig, visited the Supercomputing Center of the University of Valencia this Friday, March 12. Accompanied by the rector of the University of València, Mª Vicenta Mestre, and by the Minister of Innovation, Universities and Digital Society, Carolina Pascual, they have learned about the COVID-19 antiviral research developed by a University research team led by prof . Iñaki Tuñón. The delegate of the rector José Manuel Claver explained the operation of the UV supercomputing ‘Node Tirant’ that has been used in this research financed by the Generalitat.
