Users value the UV Library and Documentation Service positively
The students have given a 4.16 overall satisfaction with the libraries and the teaching and research staff with 4.38, on a scale of 1 to 5. With the satisfaction and opinion surveys, the Libraries and Documentation Service maintains a communication channel with students and PDI, which allow UV libraries to orient their services to the demands and needs of users.
