Ivan Martí-Vidal and quasar 3C 279.

Researcher Iván Martí-Vidal, CIDEGENT researcher at the Generalitat Valenciana at the Astronomical Observatory and the Department of Astronomy of the University of Valencia, is one of the two coordinators of the EHT polarimetry team. Also, he has developed two of the fundamental algorithms for telescope calibration.
