Chap. 09: Bacanora
In this chapter of the series 'Vidas & Bebidas' we approach at the bacanora, a mescal-like distillery, characteristic of the Sonora region, in northern Mexico. The bacanora was prohibited and its production, pursued by the authorities. The bacanora industry reopened in 1992. Since then it can be freely marketed. Now it has Denomination of Origin.
